A bookmark is included with the books to help underscore life lessons embedded in each story. You can detach it and use it as a guide.

The PAWS found throughout each book indicate where you might want to pause and ask a question. It's a way to find out if your child understands what the characters are learning from their experience.

Together with Boomer and Halley, we can teach children the values of kindness and caring as they grow older each year.
